**Zelys 1,25 mg / Zelys 5 mg:**
Zwischen 0,2 mg und 0,6 mg Pimobendan/kg Körpergewicht pro Tag, bevorzugt 0,5 mg/kg, aufgeteilt in zwei Gaben.
