**Prilactone Next 50 mg:**
Die empfohlene Dosis beträgt 2 mg Spironolacton pro kg Körpergewicht einmal täglich. Die Tablette sollte mit Futter verabreicht werden.

**Prilactone Next 10 mg:**
2 mg Spironolacton pro kg Körpergewicht einmal täglich, entsprechend 1 Tablette pro 5 kg Körpergewicht.
